Paul Finetti at Super Service Plumbing is a great plumber, great communicator, working for a great company. While suffering from Covid, my large-tree’s roots blew my main water line to my home. It was a mess. Paul guided me, the tree removal company, and my neighbor through a very tumultuous time. I am a single mom homeowner, and I don’t say this lightly: I highly trust and recommend Paul and Super Service plumbing.

Ramzi, the service technician, always shows up on time and does a thorough job. He’s very personable and takes the time to explain the situation. Vicky, the dispatcher, is couteous and efficient. She seems to find us appointments just when we need them and keeps us on track for our regular maintenance.

Super Service has been serving our property for the past 20 years. We had a very old and overly complicated water/heating system that came with the house. They were able the keep it running for years past its life expectancy! They installed a new system which has been problem free, super efficient and reliable. They were terrific during the install and removal of the old system. Our service tech is friendly, very knowledgeable and has excellent service. Prices are competitive with other companies. Most of the time they can schedule same day service for emergencies. Highly recommend them.

I called first thing Monday morning to let them know my heater (hydronic heater) was not working and had not been for maybe a week. They said the next available appointment was Wednesday but they would see what they could do. My heater was up and running by noon and I am so happy to have the chill taken off of my home. Super accomodating and polite. Thank you so much for getting me some heat.

Once again, Paul provided speedy and efficient service. He found the item accidentally flushed when it wasn’t visible and successfully retrieved it, saving us a lot of money in replacement costs. Additionally, he discovered the wax ring on the toilet was on the verge of failure, thus saving us from another emergency mess and visit. We are very happy with your service. Thanks!

Service was very professional and water heater installed like quoted last week. Extra advice was given saving me extra dollars. All pipes were upgraded to code. Old water heater was removed from my home. I highly recommend this company and the excellent work done by their professional staff.
